Our experienced medical team visits sites throughout our service area to provide FREE health testing, including:

• Blood pressure checks
• Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing
• HIV & Hepatitis C testing
• Blood Sugar (A1c) testing
• COVID / Flu / Strep Throat Testing
• Pregnancy Tests
• Colon cancer screening tests
• Hemoglobin Testing

In addition, we offer on-site access to our Community Health Worker who can assist with access to resources including:

• Food access services
• Assistance with expenses
• Housing access services
• Home safety & violence resources
