Our experienced medical team visits sites throughout our service area to provide FREE health testing, including:
- Blood pressure checks
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing
- HIV & Hepatitis C testing
- Blood Sugar (A1c) testing
- COVID / Flu / Strep Throat Testing
- Pregnancy Tests
- Colon cancer screening tests
- Hemoglobin Testing
In addition, we offer on-site access to our Community Health Worker who can assist with access to resources including:
- Food access services
- Assistance with expenses
- Housing access services
- Home safety & violence resources
