Dear Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center Community, Patients, and Staff,

It is with great pride and gratitude that I write to share my reflections on the incredible work happening here at Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center (RCCHC). As Chairperson of the Board of Directors, I am honored to be a part of this organization that is making such a profound impact on the health and well-being of our community.

At RCCHC, we remain steadfast in our mission: "Great care for every one, every day." This mission drives everything we do, ensuring that each person who walks through our doors receives the highest quality of care in an environment that values them as individuals. Every day, we are committed to providing services that support the physical and mental health of those we serve, regardless of their ability to pay. Our sliding fee scale is just one example of how we strive to make healthcare accessible for all.

Our vision—"Striving to be the premier healthcare provider, dedicated to and supported by the people we serve"—guides us as we work to meet the evolving needs of our community. Whether providing primary care, dental services, or behavioral health, we aim to offer compassionate, high-quality services that empower our patients to live their healthiest lives. We believe that healthcare should be a partnership, one that is built on trust, respect, and shared commitment to well-being.
